I always love finding new ways to stay fit – whether I’m challenging myself to 10,000 pushups in a month or running a ½ marathon with my wife, I’m your guy!
I believe in taking pride in your wellness and health – be thankful that you have an opportunity everyday to make your health a priority! I love to encourage and help others set goals then do everything they can to attain those goals.
I’ve spent many years training and competing with some of the best athletes in the nation. I’ve seen the ups and downs from a long list of people so I know what it takes to make a commitment mentally and physically – but with a positive attitude, determination and the right tools, it’s all worth it when you’re adding quality years to your life!
